The literal translation of Tikun Hava means the rectification of Eve. Since the sin of Eve, each and every Jew performs commandments in order to rectify the world.
The three layers of shields on this sterling silver and 9k gold correspond to the three Hebrew letters forming the name Chava.

The first shield has eight sides which equal the gematria, or numerical equivalent of the first letter, Ches. This is called Abraham’s shield which are two integrated squares which form eight sides.
The second shield represents the Vav, corresponding to the number 6 which is David’s shield, or a Star of David with six sides.
The third and smallest shield is a five pointed star corresponding to the gematria of Heh, the third letter.
